Celebrate New Year’s Eve 2026 in style aboard our Thames River Sightseeing boats and enjoy London’s world-famous fireworks from one of the best viewing points — right on the River Thames. Schedule and Meeting Point Boarding begins at 8:45 PM. The cruise operates from 9:00 PM to 12:30 AM (New Year's Day). Meeting Point: Westminster Pier, which is located next to Big Ben and Westminster Bridge. Access: The pier is best accessed through Westminster Underground Station. IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR TICKET HOLDERS Each ticket is issued under a specific passenger name and is valid only for that named guest. Please bring your ticket and a printed Port of London Boarding Pass (attached to your confirmation email) — print one pass per person. Each guest must bring their own printed pass to show at the station security point.

What time does the cruise start and finish?

Boarding begins at 8:45 PM at Westminster Pier. The boats depart at 9:00 PM and return between 12:15 and 12:30 AM.

Both the Mercia and Mercuria depart from Westminster Pier, next to Big Ben and Westminster Bridge.

Will I see the fireworks?

Yes! The boats moor near Big Ben, offering excellent views of the London Eye fireworks display (subject to the Mayor’s discretion and river conditions).

Yes, there’s a fully licensed bar accepting cash and card payments. Guests can also pre-book champagne for the midnight toast.

Cancellations made at least 30 days before the event are eligible for a full refund. After that period, tickets are non-transferable and non-refundable.
